Designee of the Year Awards Are Now Closed

NAHB Education recognizes a Designee of the Year for its various professional designations. The awards honor builders, remodelers and other industry professionals who actively hold NAHB designations and promote the value of NAHB designations among clients, colleagues, builders associations, media and across the industry. To be eligible to receive an award, a candidate must be current and in good standing. Nominations for this award may be made by any person or organization actively participating in the respective designation program, including home builders associations licensed to offer NAHB courses. Self-nominations are accepted.

Designee of the Year awards are presented for the following categories: Builder (Includes CGA, CGB and GMB); CAPS; Green (Includes CGP and Master CGP); HCCP; Remodeler (Includes CGR and GMR); Sales and Marketing (Includes CMP, CSP, Master CSP and MIRM).

Educator of the Year Awards Are Now Closed

The Educator of the Year award honors a quality instructor who promotes and contributes to the growth of NAHB Professional designations. Its purpose is to highlight the value of education and the role instructors play in the overall success of NAHB’s designation programs. To be eligible, instructors must be current and in good standing, have taught at least a minimum of four classes over the past two years and achieved an average speaker rating of at least 4.5 on a 5-point scale for all courses taught during that period. Educator the Year winners must showcase innovative practices to promote NAHB designations. Nominations may be made by any person or organization actively participating in the respective designation program, including home builders associations licensed to offer NAHB courses. Self-nominations are accepted.

Custom Home Builder of the Year Award

NAHB Education recognizes a Designee of the Year for its various professional designations. The Educator of the Year award honors a quality instructor who promotes and contributes to the growth of NAHB Professional designations.
