HCCP of the Year
Each year NAHB honors an industry professional who actively holds the prestigious Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) credential and promotes its value among clients, colleagues, media, and the affordable housing industry.
The HCCP of the Year Award recognizes Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) professionals who exemplify excellence and promote the value of the HCCP credential within the industry and among consumers. The award is open to developers, property managers, asset managers and others working in the affordable housing industry, who actively hold the prestigious HCCP credential.
To be eligible to receive this award, a candidate must be a current HCCP in good standing.
Nominations for this award may be made by any active designee, builders association or organization offering NAHB’s professional designation programs. The 2025 HCCP of the Year award winner will be selected by the HCCP Board of Governors based on a review of the answers to the questions and the supporting documentation submitted.
Members of the HCCP Board of Governors are ineligible for nomination.
More application details are forthcoming.
