EOs and HBA staff celebrate the EOC’s 75th anniversary during the 2025 Association Management Conference in Atlanta.
Executive Officers and HBA staff work tirelessly to help their members, associations, and the Federation succeed. To recognize the staff’s ongoing contributions to the Federation, 2025 HBA Staff Appreciation week will take place Nov. 3-7, 2025.

Our HBA of Winston-Salem (Ore.) staff is incredibly professional, hardworking and caring about membership. They are second to none and they lead by example constantly. I am thrilled to serve in our HBA along side them.
Annamaria Long’s leadership is inspirational. She has led us through discussions to have with our customers and is a champion for job growth in Flagler County. She also connects with city leaders to ensure compliance and transparency. I am honored to have her as a leader for growth and sustainability on behalf of our builders and contractors. Sam Dawson is proactive, friendly and will have your back. She rolls up her sleeves and treats the membership and office where we meet like a second home.
As the new EO here at the MBA of Pierce County, this team has stepped up over the past few months during the transition period AND a building remodel to provide support for the Board of Directors, members and myself. We look forward to great things now and in the future!

Support the EOC Scholarship Fund
Help us meet our $5,000 EOC Student Scholarship Fund goal! The fund supports children of Executive Officers in pursuit of a college degree. To date, more than 250 students have received funds totaling more than $330,000.
