Individual AEA Award Winners
The Individual Association Excellence Awards (AEA) recognize the outstanding accomplishments of Executive Officers (EOs) in the field of association management. Full-time EOs of an NAHB-affiliated state or local association are eligible for the award (view the complete list of requirements). The individual AEA award categories include Career Achievement, Executive Officer of the Year, New Executive Officer and Small Office Honor.
Candidates are nominated and judges determine winners. The honorees are usually recognized the during the Association Management Conference.
2025 Individual AEA Award Winners
- Career Achievement Award: Brian Miller, BIA of Northern Kentucky
- Executive Officer of the Year Award: Megan Carroll, BA of the Blue Ridge Mountains (N.C.)
- New Executive Officer Award: Adrian Cain, HBA of the Lowcountry (S.C.)
- Small Office Honor: Ruth Ann Miller, Athens Area HBA (Ga.)
