NAHB Awards Program Now Accepting Applications
The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) has announced its awards program application submission period is now open through September 21 (unless noted otherwise below). NAHB’s awards program highlights the outstanding work and accomplishments of housing professionals across multiple disciplines.
Some of the award categories include Sales & Marketing Professional of the Year, Best Remodel of an Entire Home, Global Innovation, Student Chapter Excellence, Home of the Year, Best Community Amenity for a 55+ Buyer, Woman of the Year and Best Multifamily Project.
Applications are now open for the following:
Best in American Living™ Awards (sponsored by SMEG), spotlighting the most creative and innovative residential construction projects in home design, remodeling, multifamily housing and offsite construction.
Associates of Excellence Awards, acknowledging Associate members and builder collaborators for their remarkable contributions to the housing industry at the local, state and national levels.
Custom Home Builder of the Year Award, recognizing custom builders for their innovative achievements, professional leadership and creativity in crafting one-of-a-kind homes.
Leading Suppliers Council Spark Award, celebrating the Leading Suppliers Council member of the year who demonstrates superior knowledge, expertise and commitment to developing products and services that enhance building quality and livability.
Professional Women in Building (PWB) Awards, celebrating local council and individual leadership including Woman of the Year, Member of the Year and Council(s) of the Year. Winners are featured in NAHB’s Building Women magazine.
NAHB/Builders Mutual Safety Award for Excellence (SAFE) Awards Program, the home building industry’s only award recognizing professionals who have made successful efforts to advance safety in the industry.
The Nationals℠ Awards — NAHB’s largest awards competition — celebrating the best in new-home sales and marketing, 55+ housing, global innovation and NAHB Honors.
Young Professional Awards, spotlighting young industry professionals under the age of 45 who have demonstrated leadership in their careers, their communities and at the local, state and national level within the NAHB Federation.
Student Chapters (closes Oct. 13), recognizing the achievements and dedication of student members, faculty advisors and local home builders association members.
