To recognize the staff’s ongoing contributions to the Federation, 2025 HBA Staff Appreciation Week will take place Nov. 3-7, 2025. The week will include opportunities to connect with colleagues, gain knowledge with professional development sessions and share your thoughts on EOC programming for 2026.

The HBA of Western Michigan (Kalamazoo, Mich.) staff are passionate and work hard to make our association run very smoothly. They are active on several committees outside of the HBA, but part of the building industry to get us out in the community, as well as keeping a pulse on the industry outside of the HBA. I can't imagine a better team to work with.

After the catastrophic July 4 floods in our state, they ensured communication to the rest of our state and gave members and EOs opportunities to support each other!

Help us meet our $5,000 EOC Student Scholarship Fund goal! The fund supports children of Executive Officers in pursuit of a college degree. To date, more than 250 students have received funds totaling more than $330,000.
