Workforce Development Advisory Council Overview 

The NAHB Workforce Development Advisory Council connects workforce development efforts across the Federation and supports local and state associations as they develop programs.

By sharing proven resources, best practices and educational programming, the Council helps communities recruit and train the next generation of residential building professionals. The Council addresses workforce development gaps nationwide and highlights successful programs.  

Are you interested in joining the Council? NAHB is looking for individuals with relevant experience and/or engagement with workforce development initiatives in their community. New members are appointed by NAHB Senior Officers. Review the council’s appointment timeline for upcoming deadlines.
