This project was built to revitalize Detroit and maintain the heritage of the original site of the Detroit Tiger’s baseball stadium. The Corner comprises 111 living units, predominantly studio and one-bedroom units, with six two-bedroom units that flank the ends. Three larger palatial two-bedroom units right on the corner have views for several blocks of the Detroit city skyline. Steel balconies were prefabricated as well in three story towers, then welded on site to plates provided on the modular units from our factory.
