Sea Haven is Wathen Castanos Homes’ new coastal community in the Monterey Bay city of Marina. Four distinct neighborhoods are offered at Sea Haven, including Villosa, which offers a luxurious and abundant living style for larger families. Villosa’s five floor plans include single-story homes as well as the larger two-story residences, with up to 3,411 square feet of space, three to seven bedrooms, up to four baths and a two- to three-car garage. The two-story Hopkins plan features 3,065 to 3,328 square feet of living space, four to five bedrooms, three to four bathrooms and a two-car garage that can be customized to offer tandem parking for a third car. The floor plans allow for a multitude of configuration options, so the house can be customized to the specific family needs of the homebuyer. All Villosa residences are being precision manufactured off-site by Entekra, with the initial homes assembled in March 2020 and finished this summer. By employing off-site construction for the homes in this development, the builder is able to offer homeowners the customization that they desire, in conjunction with faster move-in dates.
