Conveniently located just three miles from downtown Sacramento, The Cove is a vibrant master-planned community with resort-styled amenities from Beazer Homes. The Cove offers three different home series for single-family residences, and the Artisan homes are the largest and most luxurious. Four Artisan floor plans are offered for families seeking more space for their growing families. The two-story homes feature three to five bedrooms and three to four baths in 2,474 to 3,024 square feet of space. Each home also has a two-car garage, as well as a “stop-and-drop” location adjacent to the entry from the garage. The Artisan Residence 3 homes feature an expansive entry and open-concept great room with two-story ceilings that open to a loft above. Also on the first floor are the kitchen with a generous island, a den and a pocket office. Key options for customization include dual owner's suites and a choice of two locations for the kitchen. Entekra began precision manufacturing of the Artisan homes in August 2019, and a total of 48 were ordered. Each Artisan home was assembled to plate level in one day and ready for shear inspection by the fifth day. By employing off-site construction, the builder reduced total cycle time for each of these homes by more than 40%.
