These multifamily sustainable luxury residences are located in the heart of downtown Palo Alto, Calif. Three-story sustainable luxury homes comprise one penthouse, two townhomes and 10 apartments. The project was developed and designed to provide a positive impact on residents’ health while promoting renewable, clean energy. Designers chose clean lines, thoughtful window placement, with a focus on outdoor living spaces. The air-tightness of continued framing achieved with structural insulated panels is a significant contribution to customer.
