2025 EOC President Mike Erdmann, NAHB Chairman Buddy Hughes and NAHB CEO Jim Tobin encourage everyone to participate in the week.

HBA Staff Appreciation week is an opportunity to celebrate the professionals who work tirelessly to support the residential construction industry.

From Nov. 3-7, NAHB will celebrate HBA Staff Appreciation Week, an annual event that recognizes the individuals who serve the more than 650 home builders associations that make up the NAHB Federation.

HBA employees and volunteers bring home building professionals together, helping them overcome challenges and succeed in their careers. Whether they’re organizing events, advocating for the industry or connecting home owners with vital information, HBA staff members remain dedicated to serving the industry in everything they do.

“We can’t wait to celebrate all that EOs and HBA staff do for their association, and the Federation, again this year,” NAHB Executive Officers Council President Mike Erdmann said.

NAHB members are welcome to send a thank you message for any EO or HBA staff member who has impacted them.

In addition, members can donate to the EOC Student Scholarship Fund and help us reach our goal of raising $5,000 in honor of HBA Staff Appreciation Week. EOC Student Scholarships help children of executive officers attend college. To date, more than 250 have received assistance through the fund.
