The National Housing Hall of Fame recognizes individuals whose spirit, ingenuity and determination have changed the nation’s housing for the better, making the United States one of the best housed nations in the world. The 2025 Hall of Fame inductees are:
- Calvin “Chip” Dence
- Donald R. Horton
- Heather McCune
- Karl “Randy” Noel
- Gregory Ugalde
The Exemplary Service to Home Building Awards recognize individuals for outstanding and commendable accomplishments in service to the housing industry. The 2025 recipients are:
- Lawrence Fiano
- Emma and Chuck Shinn
The National Housing Center induction and award ceremonies will take place during the 2025 Spring Leadership Meetings, on Tuesday, June 10, at the National Housing Center in Washington, D.C.
The award recipients will be honored during the Spring Leadership Meeting Welcome Reception from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Marriott Marquis.
Bus transportation will be provided between the National Housing Center and the Marriott Marquis throughout the day. The last bus will leave the National Housing Center at 6 p.m.

Are you new to attending the NAHB Leadership Meetings? If so, then this workshop is for you! Join a group of your peers from across the country for engaging conversation. You will hear from NAHB Senior Officers and a panel of experts who will discuss how to maximize your experience attending the leadership meetings, share how their leadership journeys began and how it has affected their business, and will learn best practices for utilizing the meetings as a networking opportunity.
RSVP is requested but not required. This event is tailored to benefit newly engaged leaders, first-time attendees, young professionals, and new council and committee members, and to support mentorship program participants.

The power of the home building industry lies in its grassroots advocacy efforts. Legislative Conference allows NAHB members to lobby members of Congress to protect their businesses and industry, establish relationships and ensure that policymakers hear housing issues.
The day begins at the Marriott Marquis with guest speakers and a briefing on key issues. Prepare to engage, inform and make an impact as we head to the Hill. Light morning refreshments will be provided.
Following the morning remarks, NAHB will provide bus transportation from the Marriott Marquis to Capitol Hill.

After a productive day of Capitol Hill office visits and meetings, the NAHB Legislative Conference will conclude with an evening reception at the Marriott Marquis. Join us as we celebrate our collective efforts and share experiences from the day.

Join us for a private guided tour of Tudor Place Historic House and Garden, a National Historic Landmark in the heart of Georgetown. This unique property preserves the stories of six generations of descendants of Martha Washington from 1805 to 1983, and the enslaved and free people who lived and labored there. A mode of Federal-period architecture in our nation’s capital, Tudor Place sits on 5.5 acres in the heart of Georgetown and houses over 18,000 decorative objects, including the largest Washington Collection outside of Mount Vernon.
Following the tour, enjoy a delightful Georgetown lunch in the historic Cady’s Alley.
