Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registration Cancellation Requests (Deadline Sept. 9, 2026):

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and should be emailed to [email protected] by Sept. 9, 2026.

A cancellation fee of $15 per registrant (member or spouse) will be charged.

No refunds after Sept. 9, 2026.
