The Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center will serve as the official hotel for NAHB’s 2026 Fall Leadership Meeting. It is conveniently located near many of Detroit’s major attractions and restaurants, as well as Huntington Place Convention Center, where FLM meetings and events will take place. Discounted rooms are available exclusively for FLM attendees who book by Wednesday, Sept. 9, at a nightly rate of $299 plus tax. 

Transportation Details

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center and the Huntington Place Convention Center daily for FLM meetings and events.
