The Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center will serve as the official hotel for NAHB’s 2026 Fall Leadership Meeting. Located in downtown Detroit along the scenic RiverWalk, the hotel offers sweeping views of the Detroit River, city skyline and Canada. It is conveniently located near many of Detroit’s major attractions and restaurants, as well as Huntington Place Convention Center, where FLM meetings and events will take place. 

Daily Shuttle Details

Complimentary NAHB shuttle service will be available between the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center and Huntington Place Convention Center.

Boarding at the Marriott: Main Entrance Porte Cochere on Renaissance Dr. W., accessible from the Motor Lobby on Level 1

Boarding at Huntington Place: Outside the Atrium Riverwalk exit at Steve Yzerman Dr.

• Tuesday, Oct. 6: 7 a.m.–6:45 p.m.*
• Wednesday, Oct. 7: 7 a.m.–7:45 p.m.
• Thursday, Oct. 8: 7 a.m.–4:45 p.m.*

*The times listed are the final departures from Huntington Place.

Wednesday's Motor City Offsite Reception at Detroit Historical Museum

• Shuttle departures begin: 5:15 p.m.
• Departure locations: Huntington Place and the Marriott Motor Lobby
• Return service: Available to the Marriott throughout the reception
• Final shuttle: Departs the museum at 7:45 p.m.
