Affordable Housing Group

The Affordable Housing Group comprises NAHB housing professionals engaged in the development of affordable and workforce housing using tax credits and other federal, state, local and institutional financing sources and programs. Membership comprises developers, owners, investors, syndicators, lenders and public officials involved in affordable and workforce housing deals.

The Affordable Housing Group monitors and analyzes national issues and leverages the political power of the National Association of Home Builders to support its members. The group’s continuous advocacy efforts have paved the way for improvements to federal affordable housing policies and programs that benefit affordable housing developers and the affordable housing community generally.
