The tours engage prospective home buyers and are programmed with educational “push pins” in designated areas that call-out Timberhaven’s material package components. Using a computer, mobile device or even a virtual reality headset, the customer can enjoy engaging with 3D virtual content that makes them feel as though they are literally in the home. Virtual tours provide the opportunity to “walk in” the great room and “look up” at the breathtaking soaring cathedral ceiling — or “look down” at the view from the second-floor loft. The technology has essentially eliminated previous logistical challenges when trying to coordinate a home tour for a client who is located across the country. With a simple link and internet connection, prospects can now tour the home of their dreams with their fingertips.
