The Modular Home Minute (TM) is a video campaign delivered via Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube. It was designed to engage with current prospects, trade partners and other building professionals to advance the awareness of modular construction and engage with potential clients. Through a series of topics covering product spotlights, client testimonials, construction knowledge, and employees and trade partners of Connecticut Valley Homes, the company broadened its base of outreach and gained traction as the area's leading expert in modular construction. In the past 12 months, Connecticut Valley Homes posted almost 60 videos and captured more than 6,000 views on YouTube alone. Video posts on Facebook average two to three times more views and engagement than posts with photos or links only. Top performing posts on LinkedIn and Pinterest are also driven by video and generate upward of 2,000 views of individual videos on LinkedIn alone.
