The design and positioning of the home into the natural hillside creates a unique and inviting elevation. A half foundation was built into the hillside with a large 27’ 4” x 40’ garage and a basement area. Doing this gave the look of a large two-story elevation from the front and a normal cape cod from the rear. The floors are all-natural walnut wood that was sourced from a local mill. Moving through the open concept first floor into the living area you immediately notice the large granite fireplace. Also featured is a first-floor guest powder room that is perfect for entertaining. Moving upstairs into the fully finished attic living space you immediately notice the partially vaulted ceiling lining the hallways and bedrooms, giving it that Cape Cod charm. There are three additional bedrooms and a full bath providing plenty of extra room for family and visitors.
