The Brooklyn was designed to appeal to a broad Midwestern market. The basic plan concept starts at 1568 sq. ft. and can increase to 1680 sq. ft. by simply increasing the homes width to 30’. This flexibility allows the buyer to build the plan that best fits their individual needs. The Brooklyn has also been designed for installation over a full basement. This feature drastically increases the overall usable square footage and provides for future expansion that can accommodate a growing family.

The Brooklyn can be priced to meet an entry level buyer’s budget but can also be customized to meet the discriminating tastes of a move up buyer and almost anywhere in between. The house is perfect for a traditional suburban subdivision setting or constructed on a larger rural building site. With a “cottage style” exterior, the large gable front porch with connecting ridgelines adds to the mass of the house. The porches double gable elevation with white shake siding accents and large tapered columns welcome you as you enter the red cottage style front door with transom.
