This flexibility allows the buyer to build the plan that best fits their individual needs. The Brooklyn has also been designed for installation over a full basement. This feature drastically increases the overall usable square footage and provides for future expansion that can accommodate a growing family.

The Brooklyn can be priced to meet an entry level buyer’s budget but can also be customized to meet the discriminating tastes of a move up buyer and almost anywhere in between.
