City Ridge is home to 700 residences across four multifamily communities in throughout the community, a $715-million, 1.1 million-square-foot mixed-use development located in Washington, D.C.
City Ridge is anchored by D.C.’s first Wegmans, 154,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 160,000 square feet of office space leased to CAVA Group’s corporate headquarters, International Baccalaureate’s Global Centre for the Americas and Industrious coworking.
This built environment supports individuals, cultivates community, and exists as a harmonious whole — all while nestled within a thriving neighborhood in a world-class city. In fact, City Ridge is the first LEED v4 Neighborhood Development Gold certification in the D.C. metropolitan area. This recognition is thanks to the environmentally responsible and sustainable practices employed during City Ridge’s design and construction, as well as the development’s features, which protect and enhance overall health, the natural environment, and quality of life.
