Project Statement

NOVEL Turtle Creek by Crescent Communities is a luxury high-rise community in the highly desired Turtle Creek and Oak Lawn area of Dallas. Inspired by these neighborhoods, NOVEL Turtle Creek brings the magic of these areas to life in a building deeply rooted in Kessler’s historic framework and rich with experiences.

Reflecting the handsome bridges, wandering creek walls and lush verdant landscape of the Turtle Creek greenway, NOVEL rises 20 stories above the surrounding canopy, drawing the green experience of Turtle Creek up to and into the building.
