Project Statement
Domain Heights is a 408-unit modern-luxury rental community in Houston's historic Heights. The community is positioned to offer residents easy access to highways and is in close proximity to downtown Houston, the Galleria Business District and historic parks, as well as the bustling Washington Heights corridor, which hosts a plethora of shopping and entertainment options. The design fuses urban chic and historic charm, offering residents the best of city living.
The community includes a 6.5-level parking structure that was strategically placed to ensure easy access to all buildings. An interior pedestrian bridge connecting the two structures, utilizing the space below as a vehicular entry to garage and a fire lane to comply with fire hose lane required by code. The developer also negotiated with the city to repurpose land from abandoned railroad tracks into a dog park.
The community features studios, one- and two-bedroom units, emphasizing kitchen islands and spa-like bathrooms. All units provide views of a courtyard, street or greenspace.
