Project Statement

Anchored by a Wegmans Food Market and featuring three luxury apartment towers, Carlyle Crossing is a 1.7 million square foot development transforming Alexandria, Va., for the future.

The team at Carlyle Crossing came together for the first full year of the 741-unit lease-up, opening three buildings within a six-month period. The three buildings — Easton, Dylan and Reese — are all very different at Carlyle Crossing. With attractive open spaces, elevated terraces, premier retail, and a walkable setting, and units ranging from studios to expansive three-bedroom residences, Carlyle Crossing is designed with modern life in mind.

Easton represents the pinnacle of luxury living. A boutique building in the heart of Carlyle Crossing, Easton features unexpected historical details, stylish amenities, and spacious apartment homes that are elevated at every turn. Easton residents enjoy exclusive programming, including a wine bar, coffee bar and monthly brunch with a fantastic view of the Masonic Temple from the beautiful clubroom. Residents also have access to all the amenities Dylan and Rees have to offer, including an expansive three-acre terrace with two dog parks and two playgrounds. Retail and restaurants are just an elevator ride away.

With so many amenities, life at Dylan and Reese is never boring. Residents can host a lively dinner with friends, catch a lecture at the Ted Talk-style stage, chill out by the pool, or soak up the sun on the nearly three-acre elevated terrace. In addition to the resident event programming, public events — from concert series to pickleball and cornhole tournaments — in the plaza are available for the entire Alexandria community to enjoy.
