Project Statement
Aviva – Goodyear is a premiere 288-unit apartment community located in Goodyear, a suburb roughly one hour west of Phoenix, that offers eco-friendly, upscale, wellness-oriented residential living, with unparalleled resort-style amenities. The Aviva brand, which launched in 2016 with Aviva – Mesa, is a forward-thinking brand that anticipated renters’ desire for more designer finishes and streamlined technology, larger private and common areas to accommodate remote working trends, and top-of-the-line health and wellness amenities, as well as unique design details that reflect the local culture and context.
The vision was to create a unique living environment that caters to a variety of lifestyles and introduces an urban development concept into a historically suburban area. Set on approximately 16 acres, the community offers multiple types of highly stylized apartment residences within a walkable, inviting residential community that integrates enhanced architectural elements and building design, and a blend of attractive open space areas.
Aviva – Goodyear’s low-profile two- and three-story building design, along with extensive landscaping, combine to help the community blend with the local building and scenery. The community entrance features several 18-foot date palms, authentic grass, native landscaping and groundcover, and a monument sign that includes a water feature.
Aviva – Goodyear offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with open floor plans, smart-home automation, expansive kitchens featuring quartz and granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, 9-foot ceilings with vaulted ceilings on upper floors, private spa-like master baths, wide-plank flooring and private patios with storage. It is certified to the National Green Building Standard™ (NGBS).
