Project Statement
Lakeview Pointe Waterside Living is an eco-friendly, mixed-income multifamily community located in the gorgeous Lakepoint District that fronts Lake Ray Hubbard in Garland, Texas. It comprises 132 apartments in one-, two- and three-bedrooms units with a robust mix of 68% affordable and 32% market-rate units.
Lakeview’s residents may enjoy the advantages of lakeside living that include expansive views of a premier lake, boating/fishing, waterside picnics, and hiking/biking, along with easy access to nearby shopping and fine dining along the lakeshore. It’s also at the edge of the city along IH-30, serving as the gateway to Garland from the freeway while providing easy access to surrounding cities.
