Project Statement

This luxury apartment community, nestled in the foothills of Tennessee, features a modern farmhouse design aesthetic. The transition from exterior to interior is seamless through the use of classic farmhouse materials. The attention to detail is evident in the layering of neutral textures, custom ceiling and wall details, and the unexpected sophistication in the lighting design.

The sophisticated clubhouse showcases shiplap detailing, custom four-sided fireplace and vaulted beam ceiling designs. The eclectic furnishing adds interest and depth to the bright airy space.
