Project Statement

Savoy at Kifer was designed for the savvy high-tech resident. The two buildings were designed to stand alone, but also complement one another. The resident can have a quiet place to rest or socialize in the many areas of the project. Amenities include: Co-working areas and meeting rooms; two rooftop decks with social spaces and TVs; Savoy Green central park; electric car chargers; two indoor/outdoor fitness studios; two clubroom lounges; bike parking, repair shop and storage; two courtyards with BBQs, dining areas and lap pools; pet spa; and two outdoor fireplaces.
