Project Statement

The Hamilton is a 26-story residential tower comprising 310 luxury apartment homes, 11,000 square feet of amenity space and 22,900 square feet of retail, in the historic Deep Ellum neighborhood just east of downtown Dallas. The high rise is located within Westdale’s vibrant mixed-use development, The Epic, which includes a 16-story Class AA office tower that will house Uber, 55,000 square feet of retail, and a 164 key Kimpton Hotel.

Pulling from the location’s storied streets, The Hamilton reflects the culture of Deep Ellum that has fostered creativity for decades. Imaginative interiors bring the neighborhood into the building with commissioned art installations. Inspired amenities include a makers space community workshop, a media tunnel with private reading nooks, a private resident bar, a full fitness studio and a flex fitness center with an activity deck and an elevated pool deck with dramatic Dallas views.
