Project Statement

This mixed-use development comprises 168 studio and microunits with 21,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. It’s the first all studio and micro rental community built in Houston, the concept of which is to provide “approachable housing” — i.e., the ability to live in the hottest submarket for half the cost due to apartment size. Its target audience is the emerging Gen Z market, with a hip vibe” throughout, community gathering spaces and connectivity to the neighborhood amenities and transit. Amenities include a fitness Center, pool deck, Jumbotron with stadium seating, and dog park located on top of the parking structure to capture views of the city.
