Project Statement
Situated less than a mile from Oceanside’s world-renowned beaches, this new community opened in August 2021 and had all homes in escrow by Oct. 11, 2021, just two months after opening. The project closed out by April 29, 2022.
It features 21 contemporary coastal three-story townhomes with select Pacific Ocean views from within residences or from rooftop patios. Embracing a modern architectural style, there are seven floor plans ranging from 1,255 to 1,567 square feet of living space, and offering up to three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and attached garages. Additionally, five of the floorplans enjoy rooftop decks with up to approximately 575 square feet of outdoor living space.
Boasting a Walk Score of 85 out of 100, the community is a: 6-minute walk from the beach; about 15 minutes from both downtown Oceanside and the historic wooden pier; and a three-minute walk from the SPRINTER at the Oceanside Transit Center stop, keeping the commuter in mind.
