Kenect Nashville is the newest member of the Kenect family of hospitality-oriented apartment buildings from Akara Partners featuring compact, highly efficient apartments, modern furnishings and weekly social programming for the property.
At 20 stories, Kenect Nashville comprises two intersecting glass residential towers sitting atop a podium with a 447-space parking garage, screened with a rhythm of aluminum fins of various sizes. The ground floor features more than 31,000 square feet of unfinished shell space designed for potential retail and restaurant uses. Sixteen thousand square feet of co-working space is spread out over two stories and includes open and members-only community working areas, individually enclosed spaces and office pods, and conference rooms.
As a new model for urban living targeting mobile, young professionals, the building offers a vast array of community spaces and social amenities for residents and guests alike, including secure bicycle storage; a pet garden and pet wash; swimming pool, exterior grilling and seating areas; an exercise gym and studio; and weekly programming offering social and networking opportunities.
Unique to Nashville and paying homage to Music City’s rich music and arts scene, indoor and outdoor performance spaces are located at street level, and the co-working space has private recording studios for residents. The building also features several large-scale painted murals by local artists.
Kenect Nashville is an all-in-one social club with apartments and co-working that is creating more curious, more joyful and more connected communities all in one place for one monthly cost. An added benefit is nationwide membership access to any Kenect-brand residential product while traveling.
