Project Statement

The Canopy at Springwoods Village comprises 332 Class “A” units developed in City Place, a town center-style community located 35 minutes north of Houston. City Place is becoming a major employment center with 21,000 jobs and counting. It is headquarters to many companies including ExxonMobil.

The development targets young professionals in the area by utilizing a contemporary design language, open floor plans, amazing resort amenities and outdoor connectivity. Amenities include:

• A unique pool design with multiple water areas for residents and heated spa;
• Poolside covered patio with gas grills and outdoor television;
• Yoga, Pilates and spin studio;
• Golf simulator room;
