Project Statement

The Ryan is a 17-story high-rise that includes 332 apartments located within the thriving mixed-use development Block 23.

The Ryan sits conveniently above Fry Grocery, a full-service grocery store, and Bianco Tacos & Tequila, and sits next to a sleek office tower all with a panoramic view of the city and the mountains behind. Entertainment is only steps away with the Footprint Center, bringing entertainment such as Phoenix Suns games, concerts and live events directly across the street.

Upon entering, residents are welcomed into hotel-inspired amenities, including a co-working space, a private resident bar, a fifth-level pool deck that overlooks downtown Phoenix, a fitness room with Peloton spin bikes and a dog run and pet spa for furry friends. Spacious floorplans include studios, and one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts.
