Project Statement

Vista Brooklyn is a luxury apartment community located in Jacksonville, Fla. — the ideal location for urban living. The community is focused on giving its residents the space to live and lead the lifestyle of downtown living with the ease of all the necessities in the building.

The building is equipped with Techno Gym fitness equipment, which is used to train Olympians and the PGA. A 10th floor oasis is home to a luxury swimming pool, beer garden and clubroom with amazing skyline views, as well as a meditation room with somadomes, a pet spa with tubs and air dryers for furry friends, and a dog park for the off-leash experience of running and playing at home. It’s also just a few steps away from the River Walk, which offers great outdoor activities such as biking, and the bike storage lounge at Vista Brooklyn is stocked with all the supplies needed for bike care.

Both the building and the website were developed with the mindset of filling the building before it was opened. People could experience what they were going to be getting before it was complete through images, 3D renderings, and interactive maps and videos of what it would be like to live at Vista Brooklyn before the doors opened. This in turn gave people who are not local to Jacksonville to see the community and lease without ever having to visit, and move it to what they saw online.
