The Hamilton is a 26-story residential tower comprising 310 luxury apartment homes, 11,000 square feet of amenity space and 22,900 square feet of retail in the historic Deep Ellum neighborhood just east of downtown Dallas. The high rise is located within Westdale’s vibrant mixed-use development, The Epic, which includes a 16-story Class AA office tower that will house Uber, 55,000 square feet of retail, and a 164-key Kimpton Hotel.
Pulling from the location’s storied streets, The Hamilton presents one of the most elevated living experiences in the neighborhood. Imaginative interiors — including commissioned art installations from local artists — and inspired amenities — including a makers space community workshop, a media tunnel with private reading nooks, a private resident bar, full fitness studio and flex fitness center with an activity deck and an elevated pool deck with dramatic Dallas views — make this residential offering one of a kind.
