Project Statement

The interiors at The Q embody an urban spirit with a sense of community and connection located in the Warner Center master-planned neighborhood and business district. The goal was to attract young professionals and millennials in a market that has become increasingly competitive.

Studded with modern amenities and a fresh, spirited design aesthetic, each of the spaces were curated with the intent of feeling contemporary, yet casual and comfortable. Eye-catching geometric patterns flow throughout with bright, energetic and uplifting color combinations that create a pulse and rhythm that is unique to The Q. A true collaboration of inspiring architecture, innovative technology and best-in-class service combine with the playful interiors while still exuding a sense sophistication and “you have arrived” sentiment.

The leasing lobby sets the tone for the interiors of the amenities throughout with its artful approach, including a curated art collection that includes murals by a popular local artist. Residents can enjoy a full complement of amenities from lounging inside the resort-style pool courtyard, gathering with friends atop the fifth-floor roof deck overlooking the pool, working in the co-working space called the “Q Work,” and watching games or movies in the movie lounge or clubroom. Other amenities include a gourmet teaching kitchen, state-of-the-art fitness equipment, valet parking and a pet area called the “paw park.”
