Project Statement

Town Village Walk (TVW) redefines burgeoning Fort Myers as a market-rate rental community. The only apartment with direct retail adjacency in the sought-after Six Mile Cypress district, TVW caters to the growing renter-by-choice segment, attracting local young professionals and those leaving dense urban hubs in favor of emerging suburban markets.

Related took inspiration from the area’s gorgeous lake views and vacation-like surroundings. Evoking tranquility while celebrating Florida’s lush verdure, the garden-style property is nestled around nearly a mile of glistening lakefront paths.

TVW’s 384 residences include one-, two- and three-bedroom hand-designed apartments, combining comfort with hotel-like touches. Each room is meticulously designed to exude luxury while maintaining functionality. Interiors are a relaxing oasis, with sweeping open-concept layouts, large, private balconies with spectacular lake views. Homes also feature chef’s kitchens with moveable islands, granite countertops and stainless steel, WiFi-enabled Samsung appliances.
