Project Statement

Just a short drive from the heart of downtown Nashville, you will find NOVEL West Nashville — a community built with a vision to create a social hub and connectivity for residents and neighbors, while providing homes that are a beautiful oasis.

The common spaces were built to provide opportunities for engagement — from the sand volleyball court to the social club, and retail partner Land Of 1000 Hills Coffee and Social — the residents instantly feel at home and surrounded by friends. This community has truly blended the best things this city has to offer. Here you can enjoy an easier urban lifestyle with impromptu fun brought to the forefront of every day.

With more than 435 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury apartment homes, and 2,000 square feet of retail space, there is always room to make new neighbors, friends and meaningful experiences. The apartment homes feature beautiful finishes with a modern farmhouse flair. Homes offer large islands, balconies, built-ins, and ample storage space. These homes are a perfect backdrop to a modern renter’s lifestyle with flexible floorplans and room for entertaining or working from home.

This community fostered multiple successful partnerships with local businesses, such as Nashville Sports League, who hosted weekly volleyball games on site; Green Door Gourmet, who supplied custom resident move-in gifts; Anthem Entertainment, who sourced musicians for weekly performances at Land of 1000 Hills Coffee & Social; Tailgate Brewery; Daddy’s Dogs; and multiple others who were regular event sponsors on site.
