Project Statement

Revel Lodi’s 5.7-acre site is nestled within Reynolds Ranch in the heart of Lodi, California, adjacent to the region’s lush vineyards, as well as exceptional dining, retail and entertainment venues. The project’s wraparound driveway carves out an expansive central oasis in which all homes are sheltered from the noise and activity of surrounding roads. A stately porte-cochere welcomes residents and guests, ushering them into the two-story, resort-style clubhouse. This centerpiece of the community connects two asymmetrical three- and four-story residential wings served by elevators. Inside you’ll find an array of flexible dining options — from full pub and restaurant service, to private dining rooms and take-home options — featuring made-from-scratch, seasonal menus.
