Project Statement

Epoque Golden is a luxury apartment community offering a modern, one-of-a-kind living experience for working adults and recent retirees. Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, the scenic property offers numerous recreational activities, including access to hiking, biking and walking trails, with shopping, entertainment and medical resources just two miles away in downtown Golden, Colo. The affluent 55+ apartment community was created for adults seeking an urban setting with minimal maintenance; a comfortable space with access to convenience resources; and a culture of wellness-minded adults in pursuit of an active, healthy lifestyle. With the property’s location and target resident in mind, Epoque Golden was designed to combine modern luxury and nature into one cohesive community. Views of the Front Range and Table Mountain are central to the design. Each apartment features nearly floor-to-ceiling glass in the main living space, as well as oversized bedroom windows.
