Project Statement

Located five minutes from Dulles International Airport and 20 minutes off the Beltway from Washington, D.C., Camden Dulles Station is situated in the tech corridor and attracts young urban professionals. The property offers one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, ranging from 646 to 1,783 square feet. Thirty-one different floor plans are available, as well as six different live/work layouts. Units feature ceramic tile floors and backsplashes, stainless steel kitchen appliances, walk-in closets, and full-size washers and dryers. Most units also include patios or balconies. The four-story interior corridor residential buildings wrap around the parking garage, allowing residents the ability to drive directly to their floor.
