Project Statement

Waterline Square is a 2.2 million-square-foot, three-tower, mixed-use residential development, designed by world-renowned team of acclaimed architects and designers, including Richard Meier & Partners Architects, Vinoly Architects, and Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF). The $2.4 billion, 1,131-unit development was built at one time and is located on one of the last remaining waterfront sites in Manhattan — between West 59th and West 61st streets along the Hudson River. Waterline Square is one of the single largest and highest-profile residential developments in New York City. Its three iconic mixed-use towers include condominium units, luxury rentals and mixed-income units over a mix of commercial outlets, including retail, restaurants and market spaces. The buildings are set upon a beautifully landscaped park spanning 2.6 acres with stunning landscape, tree-lined groves, open grass areas, walking paths, a playground and fountains. The project features New York’s most impressive and comprehensive array of amenities, which span seven different facilities. Complementing a collection of private amenity suites with lounges, private dining and terraces, is the Waterline Club features an extraordinary 100,000 square feet of sport, fitness, wellness, spa, leisure, entertainment, creative, work, children’s and pet spaces designed by the Rockwell Group’s famed hospitality group. The central mission of the project was simple yet bold: to create the most innovative, comprehensive and cohesive luxury residential experience imaginable.
