Project Statement

Oleander, a 348-unit luxury multifamily complex, was developed by Toll Brothers Apartment Living with interior design and merchandising by Mary Cook Associates (MCA) to bring luxury living to Brookhaven, Atlanta’s Best Hipsturbia. Given its mission to serve hundreds of highly educated professionals at different stages of life many who are in health care, MCA planned the interior design with deliberate intent to have multigenerational appeal while connecting with lifestyles focused on wellness. The five-story, wood-framed building incorporates sustainable construction and universal design elements, while Oleander’s interior spaces are sophisticated, comfortable, multipurpose and therapeutic. Natural materials in warm, calming hues dominate the interior spaces. A direct response to the aspirational living interests of the intended renter, Oleander creates a Zen-like environment that is fundamentally rooted in wellness. From concept to implementation, MCA considered and delivered on the psychographics of the target audience.
