Crimson is an exclusive residential experience that has been completely re-imagined. As part of the Gables Signature Collection, Crimson is synonymous with specialized attention, a refined social presence, captivating details, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing that anything is possible. Located in River Oaks, one of the most desirable areas of Houston, its market demographic is accustomed to gracious living. Houston has a sophisticated, cosmopolitan vibe that served as inspiration for Crimson’s resort-like spaces and features, as well as its custom/condo-level materials, finishes and details. Achieving premium rents inspired by demand as well as meeting the high expectations of its target demographic, Crimson provides residences aligned with this level of lifestyle. Development of these apartment homes struck the right balance between timeless and current, and blended classic natural touches, such as veined marble with dramatic accents of black and gold, and grounded them with warm wood grains to build a rich interior environment.
