Project Statement
Located 25 miles northeast of Houston, Ascend at Bridges is a new three-story breezeway-style community comprising 12 buildings on a 13.27-acre site. As a part of the Bridges on Lake Houston master plan, Ascend is near Lake Houston and provides opportunities for water sports and outdoor activities. Units range from one to three bedrooms, and 688 to 1,393 square feet. The 6,700-square-foot clubhouse offers luxurious amenity space, including media room, game room with shuffleboard and billiards next to a demonstration kitchen, as well as fitness rooms with gym and yoga studio. Outside, the resort-style pool is the centerpiece of the courtyard while the putting green, pergola lounge areas and cave with flat-screen TV provide outdoor entertainment.
