Project Statement

Delivered in June 2019, Wynwood 25 is the first large-scale, market-rate rental community built in Miami’s popular Wynwood neighborhood since its 2015 rezoning. Located within the heart of the city’s arts and entertainment center, the residential property ushered in a new era for the neighborhood by solidifying its identity as a true live-work-play community. The pioneering project is brought to life by the industry-leading developer, Related Group, and the notable real estate investment firm, East End Capital. Together, they collaborated with acclaimed architect Kobi Karp and Brooklyn-based interior designers Meshberg Group to take the 400,000-square-foot development from an ordinary apartment building to an immediately recognizable structure that seamlessly complements Wynwood’s world-renowned, art-infused aesthetic. With a signature industrial-inspired façade and bright-colored interiors that emphasize playful, yet sophisticated, public spaces, all facets of its design mirror the neighborhood’s celebrated urban persona. Featuring 289 rental units, the apartments range from 400-square-foot studios to sprawling three-bedroom residences, all sharing DNA with lofts in Brooklyn or London. Eleven-foot ceilings, dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows and far-reaching views of Miami Beach and downtown are all standard components of the coveted living experience. The property’s condo-level amenities uniquely emphasize community and multiuse spaces, inspiring residents to socialize and share ideas. These include a sprawling rooftop lounge with panoramic views of the Miami skyline, a heated resort-style pool with a sunbathing deck directly overlooking the world-famous Wynwood Walls and, most notably, a one-of-a-kind art package that transforms the building into an urban art gallery, with a 30,000-square-foot mural by Los Angeles-based artist El Mac as its centerpiece. Wynwood 25&rquo;s coveted location and skyhigh standard for design continue to serve as catalysts for its leasing success. Today, less than a year after opening, the project leads Wynwood’s residential sector in rental rates with upward of 90% occupancy.
