The Home Builders Association of Virginia's (HBAV) Builders Summit is a leading event for home builders, associates, and industry professionals that offers a keynote address, networking opportunities, more than 10 educational sessions, and 75-plus exhibitors and product demonstrations. With more than 770 attendees in 2025, the trade show demonstrated record-breaking attendance and an ability to retain participants and attract new audiences each year. The event content was intentionally designed by members for members, ensuring that every component reflects the real needs and priorities of those actively working in the residential construction industry.

Two primary goals were achieved throughout the duration of this project. The first was to provide relevant, high-quality education to attendees, ensuring that members are informed on constantly evolving technologies, regulations, materials and best practices that emerge each year. The second goal was to strengthen relationships between builders and associate members. This was accomplished by facilitating opportunities for builders to discover quality products and partners to elevate their work, while providing associates a platform to showcase their expertise to a relevant audience.
