The Suncoast Builders Association’s (ScBA) 2025 Trade Show marked the successful return of a legacy signature event and reestablished a central gathering of builders, associates and industry partners to reconnect, strengthen business relationships, and showcase their products and services. The key goals of this initiative included reengaging members following the event’s hiatus, providing exhibitors with meaningful opportunities to showcase their businesses and fostering a high-value networking environment to support collaboration throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties. Additionally, this year reintroduced the trade show as an annual cornerstone program for ScBA that supports long-term member engagement and industry visibility while demonstrating strong participation from attendees and exhibitors.
This year, the trade show featured 55 exhibitors and welcomed nearly 300 attendees for the return, demonstrating a strong demand for the program's long-term revival. The event generated approximately $47,000 in total revenue through exhibitor participation and sponsorship support while operating on a $16,000 budget, resulting in strong net financial performance. The successful relaunch of the show confirmed its value in supporting member engagement, visibility and industry collaboration across the region.
