The Building Industry Association of Northern Kentucky (BIANKY) coordinated a partnership with Ariat Crew, a work apparel brand, to provide members and Enzweiler Building Institute (EBI) participants with 15% discounts and co-branded customization options for work garments and safety apparel for construction environments. The results of this program included the delivery of tangible member benefits, higher visibility of BIANKY and EBI branding on jobsites, strengthened industry partnerships and increased member engagement. Consistent apparel has also enhanced workforce professionalism and reinforced industry identity, while a simplified purchasing process made products accessible without increased administrative burdens on association staff.

The implementation of the program was straightforward, scalable and promoted widespread through email campaigns, onboarding materials, workforce training channels and member engagement efforts. Students and apprentices attending EBI who were on track to enter the industry were given access to professional-grade clothing.
